London's Borough Market

During a recent trip down to London to meet up with my sister and her partner, I spent a lovely Saturday morning with them exploring Borough Market, a wholesale and retail market in Southwark, Central London. It is said to be one of London's oldest markets and sells wonderful produce from all over the world. If you enjoy good food add this to your list of places to visit
whilst in London, in my opinion it has to be up there as one of the best markets in Europe.

One word of warning, the market is not open on a Sunday morning so if you are visiting London for a weekend break, skip breakfast on Saturday morning and head straight to Borough Market, you won't regret it. Hopefully the following photos will give you some idea of the delicious experience that lies ahead for you at this paradise for 'foodies'.

Once you've visited London's more widely known tourist attarctions there is no real need to revisit them, not the case with Borough Market, this is once place you'll want to visit over and over again.
